The Federal University of Minas Gerais invites you to the InterConnections: Landscape, Heritage and Technology event, which marks the launch of the first UNESCO Chair in Cultural Heritage in Brazil.


The program includes lectures

The event included debates and the presence of national and international experts, discussing the contemporary challenges of heritage preservation in the face of technological transformations and interdisciplinary practices.

Leonardo Castriota and Rafael Winter – Presentation of the Chair

* Djalma Thürler (CAPES) – Lecture on Interdisciplinarity and Public Policies

* Beatriz Couto – “Digital Capitalism and the Social Relations of Intellectual Production”


The event will bring together representatives from UFMG, IPHAN, IEPHA, ICOMOS, international institutions, and cultural managers, celebrating the creation of a space dedicated to research, training, and cooperation in heritage, culture, and landscape.
